Sign up and sign in

Zekt uses your GitHub identity. There’s no separate Zekt password, and GitHub is the only way to sign in.

Sign up

1. Go to www.zekt.dev and sign in. The Sign in to your account dialog has one button: Continue with GitHub.
2. Authorize Zekt in GitHub. See GitHub access for what Zekt asks for and why.
3. On Complete Your Profile, enter your details and choose your persona: Provider, Consumer or Both.
4. Choose Continue to Payment and add a card, with a billing address that includes a country. This starts your 7-day free trial. You need a card to reach the console.

The GitHub login you sign up with becomes the account owner.

Sign in

Choose Continue with GitHub at www.zekt.dev. If you’re a member of someone else’s account, you sign in the same way.

If GitHub authorization expires

If Zekt’s access to your GitHub account is missing or has expired, go to Profile → GitHub Authorization and choose Authorize GitHub. The button reads Refresh GitHub while the authorization is still valid.

Organizations with SAML single sign-on

If a GitHub organization enforces SAML SSO, authorize Zekt for that organization in GitHub before you enable its repositories. Otherwise you’ll see: The organisation that owns owner/repo requires single sign-on. Authorize Zekt for it in GitHub, then retry.
